HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Payment is available via PayPal or the Comgate payment gateway, where you can pay by credit card, bank transfer, instant transfer, or QR code.<\/p>\n

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COMPLETE THE PAYMENT?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Sometimes payment doesn\u2019t go through\u2014maybe there\u2019s a technical glitch, the kids show up, or a phone call distracts you and you don\u2019t get back to it. If that happens, we\u2019ll send you an email with all the payment details, including instructions for bank transfer or a handy QR code to make it easy.<\/p>\n

I DIDN’T COMPLETE THE PAYMENT, BUT NO EMAIL ARRIVED.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

We send the payment details email within 24 hours of your order. Often, this email ends up in your Spam or Junk folder, so please check there first. As a backup, we usually send a WhatsApp or SMS message to let you know the email has been sent.

Yes! We automatically send an order confirmation\u2014even if you haven\u2019t completed payment. Your order is officially created in our system as soon as you click the \u201cConfirm Purchase\u201d button, and the confirmation email is sent in real time.<\/p>\n

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

We always send the confirmation email, but sometimes it lands in your Spam or Junk folder. If you can\u2019t find it in your inbox, please check those folders.<\/p>\n

Yes, shipping is free to most EU countries for orders above 100 EUR. For other destinations, shipping fees vary based on the country and delivery method. You can see the exact shipping cost by adding items to your cart and entering your delivery address.<\/p>\n

CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Yes, but with some conditions. Due to many unclaimed COD packages in the past, we no longer offer standard cash-on-delivery service. Customers sometimes ordered and then didn\u2019t respond to us or the courier, causing costly returns that are unsustainable for a small company like ours.
If you prefer COD, please call us after placing an unpaid order. After confirming your commitment to accept the package, we\u2019ll be happy to send it COD.<\/p>\n
