WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Do you want to withdraw from the purchase agreement?

If your order does not meet your expectations, you may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal can be submitted electronically using the form below, no questions asked.

After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will send you the return address and basic instructions for returning the goods by e-mail. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal and in a condition corresponding to normal inspection and trial.

Important information regarding withdrawal:

• The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. Goods sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

• We will refund the payment no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

• The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent.

• The refunded amount is determined only after the returned goods have been received and their condition assessed.
  In the event of damage, incomplete return, contamination, or excessive wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

• The goods must be returned complete, including all accessories, tags, and other components supplied with the goods.

• Returning the goods in the original packaging is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal; however, we recommend using it where possible to prevent damage during transport.
