Who should use cork yoga block
Cork yoga block is a must-have prop for beginners, those with mobility restrictions and advanced yogis alike. Our cork yoga blocks provide the ultimate support and aid in correct execution of even the more difficult asanas. If you are an advanced yogi, they are perfect for injecting new complexity to already mastered positions.
Excessive strain and bad body posture are common causes of injuries during exercises. Additionally, most asanas only yield their benefits when performed correctly. So it is not about getting into a difficult position despite tension and pain. It is about making even difficult positions accessible correctly, benefiting from them without the risk of injury.
Unique design of NAYAVITA cork yoga blocks
The cork blocks in our ZEN collection are not only suitable for practicing yoga but also pilates and other exercises. And they look great to boot. You will appreciate them alone, and especially in a set with NAYAVITA cork yoga mat.
Bamboo is a symbol of purity and innocence but also prosperity, flexibility and power. The speed with which it rises to the sky makes it a unique sustainable material. In Eastern cultures, bamboo has been used for thousands of years in construction and mechanical engineering, as well as art and literature.
Its strong roots strengthen the ground they grow in, making bamboo groves popular refuge from raging natural elements, including earthquakes. The very same properties make bamboo a popular material for water reservoir banks and dams. Bamboo is a unique example of firmness and strength, which in the right hands turns into object of delicate beauty like a musical instrument, a fan, a hairpin or an intricately woven basket.

Really like the design and the size is great for my hand. Bigger than other blocks I have.

Well observed, Tom. Our blocks are indeed a bit bigger than usual to provide support even for bigger palms. 💗
Leona –
Líbí se mi, že blok je celý z korku a nemá pěnové jádro. I vizuálně blok působí jinak jež jednobarevné klasické cihličky. Jsem s ním spokojená.
