LOVE RITUAL SET CONTAINS:

• Palo Santo – sacred wood of Bursera Graveolens hand-picked from fallen branches in Peru. Palo Santo is believed to have cleansing and healing properties, opens and harmonises your soul, calms emotions and strengthens intuition.
• Rose Quartz – cleanses and opens the heart to feelings of love including self-love, friendship and inner peace. Supports self-forgiveness, strengthens self-confidence and self-worth.  Brings openness and harmony into relationships and inspires compassion.
• Clear quartz – cleans out negative energy and fills us with positive energy. Harmonises interpersonal relationships, cleans aura and removes spiritual blockages and conflicts. In contact with other crystals amplifies their power.
• Aquamarine – builds trust and forgiveness. Sharpens perception and intellect, helping clear and conscious self-expression using truthful words without anger. Gives out fine compassionate energy, supports natural justice and instils peace.
• Feathers – for millennia, feathers have been used as magical props during spiritual and healing ceremonies. Helps to waft smoke where we want it, call in love and happiness and clean out negative influences.

LOVE RITUAL:

1. Slow down, relax and do what you need to do to feel good in your body. Stretch, dance, sing, take a walk. The key is to feel positive and open. 

2. Set a clear intent for this ritual. Do you want to remove negative self-perceptions,  strengthen self-love, is your romantic relationship on the rocks, or do you want to charge your inner magnetism and attract the right kind of love? Try to distil your thoughts into a sentence.

3. With your intent in mind, light up a Palo Santo stick. Holding smoking Palo Santo, walk around your ritual space and cleanse all crystals and ritual props.  You can use your pink feather to waft the smoke.

4. Optional – light a white candle with an intent and place it in your ritual space

5. Sit down comfortably. Write down your intent on the paper scroll. Trust your intuition. Fold the paper towards you a couple of times.

6. If you have a candle, place the paper underneath it. If not, keep the folded paper in your hand.

7. Close your eyes for 10-15 minutes holding your crystals (and paper) and focus your mind on your intent. Breathe slowly and consciously and with each breath feel the love running through you and towards you and you getting closer to your goal. The clearer you can visualise achieving your intent, the stronger signal are you sending your higher self and the universe to make this happen.  Call your ancestors, spirit guides and anyone you feel attracted to and ask them to bring the desired love into your life.

8. At the end of the meditation, connect your hands with your intent and crystals in front of your heart chakra and thank yourself and everyone who was there (physically and otherwise) with you.

9. After the ritual, place the paper with your intent on your altar or other safe sacred place in your home (journal, bedside table, etc).

10. Following days, weeks and months feel the energy shifts and notice every change getting you closer to your goal. Repeat the ritual regularly for stronger impact.

• Ensure burning candels, smudge sticks and bundles are on a nonflamable surface

• Do not leave burning candels, smudge sticks and bundles in a draft and close to easily flammable objects
• Do not use candels, smudge sticks, bundles and fragrant waxes internally
