HEALING RITUAL KIT CONTAINS:

• Palo Santo – sacred wood of Bursera Graveolens hand-picked from fallen branches in Peru. Palo Santo is believed to have cleansing and healing properties, opens and harmonises your soul, calms emotions and strengthens intuition.
• Desert sage –  cleanses energy field of spaces, beings and objects. Used for healing and blessing ceremonies. The most medicinally effective type of sage. Strengthens spiritual connection and deepens meditation experience. Combats stress and brings on feelings of harmony and calm.
• Amethyst druse – amethyst represents the highest energy centre, 7th chakra. It has strong protective and healing properties. Effective against aches (mainly head ache), low blood pressure, blood ailments, diabetes, addiction and more.
• Feathers – for millennia, feathers have been used as magical props during spiritual and healing ceremonies. Helps to waft smoke where we want it, call in healing energy and  clean out negative influences. In Feng Sui, green is the colour of health, life and vitality. It brings on calm, balance and harmony.

HEALING RITUAL:

1. Slow down, relax, forget about the hassle and challenges of everyday life and turn your attention to this ritual. Be here and now.
2. Ask those, you wish to heal, for their permission. If you wish to heal yourself, proceed to next step.
3. Set a clear intent for the healing ritual. Do you want to generally strengthen your health, or address specific illness? Be clear what you want to achieve.
4. Prepare a ritual altar. With an intent, place crystals, smudge dish, feather and other ritual props on the altar. You can use your everyday altar, or create one for the ritual. It can be a table, shelf, or a tray in the heart of the room.
5. Light the smudge stick and clean your crystals and ritual props in the magical smoke. You can use your fan to waft the smoke around.

6. Then direct the healing smoke towards the person you wish to heal. With a clean and clear mind, vividly imagine how this person is healthy, full of life and vitality. Do not imagine illness or problems. Only perfect health and vitality. You can clean the entire person with the smoke and then place it on the smudge dish.

7. Call your ancestors, gods, nature, spirit guides and anyone you feel attracted to and ask them to help achieve your healing intent.

8. Stay in the moment for a while, watch the healing smoke swirl through the air, and keep imagining a picture of perfect health.

9. At the end of the ritual, connect your hands in front of your heart chakra and thank yourself and everyone who was there (physically and otherwise) with you.
10. After the healing ritual, leave the incense to burn or put it out in a fine sand or salt. Do not leave unattended and keep away from children and pets.
11. Store your ritual kit for later use in the linen bag. You can also keep the crystal, incense and feather on your altar.
